Armageddon XIX

This year we will be hosting Armageddon XIX at Billy Creek Village in Rockville, Indiana.

Site Address: 65 S Bille Creek Road, Rockville, IN 47872

This site is ~120 acres, home to 42 original buildings and antiques from the 1800s and early 1900s and multiple covered bridges! It has been used for Civil War Reenactment in the past.

The site has 18 flush toilets and 6 showers (3 men/3 women). There will be a working general store onsite, vendors, and a creek that you can swim in at your own risk. The site is not in a dry county, and Alcohol is allowed on site.

EVENT FEE

Due to COVID-19, there will be no Pre-Reg for Armageddon XIX.

Fighting Aged Persons Gate Fees:

Wed & Thursday Gate Fee: $40.00
Friday Gate Fee: $30.00
Saturday: $20.00
Day Trip: $20.00

Children’s Gate Fees
These fees will remain the same for the entire event.

Age 0 to 7 – Free
Age 8 – 12 – $15.00
Age 12-15 – $20.00

Any person of non-fighting age (15 and younger) who is day-tripping will be free.

We understand that some people do not wish to have their information stored in any online format if possible, so paper waivers will still be available at troll when you check-in at the event.

PRIDE MONTH DONATION

Since June is Pride Month and Armageddon happens during June, BMCS will be placing a donations jar at troll for donations that will be going to the Pride Center of Terre Haute, Indiana!

Part of our goal as an organization is to give back to the communities that make it possible for our events to function. There is no LGBTQIIA+ organization in the small town where Armageddon will be held, but the Pride Center of Terra Haute is just 30 minutes from the event site. They offer Counselling, Case Management, Health & Wellness Coaching, Adult Support Groups, Youth Support Groups, Trans Support Groups, and other resources to the people of Indiana.

Permit Information:

All vendors MUST obtain a Parke County Indiana Temporary Vendors Permit.

At this time, the Parke County Website is offline while they create a new one. Antoinette called the Parke County Auditors Office, and they will be emailing the required forms to her. If you are a Vendor and need that form, please reach out to Antoinette at antoinette@belegarth.com.

There is very little cell phone service at the event site, and the site does not currently have wifi. We strongly suggest that you bring cash to Armageddon as it’s highly possible that the vendors will not be able to process a credit/debit card. We will keep you posted if this changes.

Kountry Bumpkinz Concessions – A Fresh Squeezed Lemonade Shakeup stand that offers 15 flavours, Orange Shakeups, Tea sweet & unsweet, Electric lemonade, stuffed tomatoes, chicken Philly, and chicken bacon ranch Philly in 3 flavours. We do biscuits and gravy, and we will have breakfast sandwiches and pancakes and orange juice coffee, and then we have chicken Philly wraps and chicken Philly bacon ranch wrap and a Buffalo chicken Philly bacon wrap and chicken salad stuffed tomato and hot dogs and nachos.

COVID Guidelines

After some research and consideration of the vaccine rates of the county, the BMCS BoD has made a choice to make Armageddon VACCINE ONLY.

Vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) is required to attend Armageddon XIX for all participants aged 5 and up.
Attendees must be vaccinated with both COVID-19 shots.
Those with the 1 shot Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine may attend. You must show proof of vaccine at Troll.
Attendees are not required to have the booster shots, but it is strongly encouraged.
There is no exception to this policy, and you will be turned away at Troll if proof of vaccination is not provided.
You may show a photo or bring your physical vaccination card to Troll check upon arrival.
International Attendees, if your Vaccine Card/Passport is not in English, you will be asked to provide a translation.
We encourage you to wear a mask when in indoor spaces and when you leave the event site and visit local stores.

PETS

Dogs on leash, and you must clean up after your pet
Cats allowed on leash
Horses are allowed. However, there are no onsite stables, and you must bring your own trailer for your horse to shelter in.

This year anyone attending 6 or more classes at Armageddon XIX will receive an Armageddon University Diploma!

A&S Competition

Armageddon XIX will be hosting an Arts and Sciences Competition on Saturday of the event. To take part, you will need to fill out this form and bring it with you when you drop off your item for judging.

Item and Documentation need to be dropped off by 11:45 AM.
Judging will start at 12:00 Noon and end at 2:00 PM.
Sign Up for Judging is done by speaking with Squire Antoinette.

Sir Misti will be watching over the entered items during the day so that no one will walk off with them.
