Vendors Application Form

Application to vend at Belegarth's Armageddon 23, hosted Tuesday, June 2th - Sunday, June 7th, 2026

Located at: Billie Creek Village, 65 Billie Creek Rd, Rockville, IN 47872. Set up for vendors is Monday morning starting at 9am.

Expected attendance is 1,200+ 

All attendees must pay admission to the event. This information can be found on their Facebook Event Page.

All vendors MUST obtain a Transient Merchant License (TML) from the Parke County Auditor's Office. (Website or PDF file) This is a free license, circle "Billie Creek Village" for the activity information. Please reach out to the Auditor's office directly with questions: (765) 569-3422


We are seeking 2-3 food vendors at this time. We do our best to limit competition across our vendors, the exception is clothing/garb as there are so many styles and sizes possible.

For this event, inside vending locations (the cabins) are an additional fee.  Your location will be assigned to you based on availability and needs/size requirements. Requests are honored as best they can be.
