Welcome back to Ashemark's annual event hosted at the BEAUTIUFL Apserkaha Park near Ashland Oregon! This event will utilize the full Belegarth rules, and will be upholding the membership revocation list.
Cost:
Pre Reg: March 1- Sept 27- 60$
At the door: 70$
Day trip, one night of camping: 30$
Day trip, no camping, off site by 10pm 15$
Kids under 12 Free
Cabins: There are 7 cabins to rent each has 5 bunks and internal lighting, but no outlets. Each costs an additional 50$. First come first serve. If you reserve them, you can decide who stays with you.

5PM: Quick weapons check
5PM-7:30PM/Dark: Field Fighting
7:30/Dark- Capture the Flag
8PM: Troll Closes. Nightlife starts.
October 2:
9AM: Weapons Check Opens
10AM: Troll Opens
10AM-12PM: Field Fighting
10:30 AM: Weapons check closes
12pm-1PM: Lunch
12PM-2PM: Monster Mash (bardic)
1PM-3PM: Field Fighting
3PM-3:30PM- Break. Spot weapons check for new arrivals. Set up scenario battle.
3:30 PM-5PM: Scenario Battles
5PM-7:00PM: Unheralded Field Time
7:00 PM- Feast (Meal provided by the event)
8Pm: Troll Closes. Game Night at the Main Pavilion
